Privacy Policy.

Last updated October 14, 2026. This policy explains how Emerald Tint LLC ("Emerald Tint", "we", "us") handles information you share through this website, our instant quote tool, phone calls and text messages.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, service address (for mobile service) and any notes you send. We also receive basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your quote, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders and service updates, answer your questions and improve our service.

Text messages

Our instant quote tool asks you to consent separately to marketing text messages and to non-marketing text messages about your quote, appointments and service updates. Neither box is checked for you, and consent is never required to get a quote or book service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number and your text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties. We only share information with service providers that help us deliver messages and run our business, and they may not use it for any other purpose.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We never share or sell your mobile number or your text message consent to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time.
